1. What we collect
From the signup form: your name, email, brokerage, yearly deal count and how you handle transactions today. When you send us a file: the contract, addenda and the contact details of the parties to that transaction.
2. How we use it
Only to run your transaction: build the deadline calendar, send the coordination emails you approve, and remind you of deadlines. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
3. Who sees it
The parties to your transaction receive the emails you approve. Our service providers (hosting, email delivery, and an AI model provider that reads contracts) process data only to provide the service.
4. How long we keep it
We delete transaction files 90 days after closing or termination unless you ask us to keep them. Ask us to delete your data at any time.
