How we count

¶5A. Only earnest money, option fee and additional earnest money roll past a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday. Texas-only state holidays are flagged; confirm them with title.
¶5B. The option period ends at 5:00 p.m. local time on the last day and is never extended.
¶6B/6D. Title commitment and objection dates are estimates until title confirms receipt and the documents arrive.
